Decent flavor, but I’m drinking it for the health benefits, not the taste. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my waistline since I started drinking this daily (or every other day). It does cause cramps and gnarly poops when you first start drinking it, but as long as you exercise as well as drink it regularly, it works great!

If you are on medications like I am that can bind you up - this is pretty much a guaranteed laxative. Works much better (more consistently) than Smooth Move and the pill forms of laxatives. You only need one tea bag in 8oz of hot water for this to work. I prefer to take it a couple hours after dinner - Gave flavor a 5 because I am not buying this for flavor - I sometimes add a thin slice of ginger and a dash of cinnamon. I bought this 3 pack because I am going to start drinking it every night to see if I can lose some weight this time.

I swear by this tea. It will definitely clean you out. I drink a glass each night before I go to bed. By the am I am up releasing anything that I've eaten the previous day. I lost about 13lbs in the first two weeks. The only downside are the cramps. They're enough to contemplate calling 911. But, I believe that after you remove the backed up toxins, the cramps will subside. I used the cramps as a threat to not over eat. The taste is fine. I drink it straight, with no type of sweetener.

This tea works. I had to loss 2 lbs within 24 hours our I could not proceed with ny surgery. I used one teabagandby morning, my body was flushed and Iost the 2lbs needed for surgery. Since then I will drink one or two cups a week just to ensure that everything is working as designed. This tea does what it says.

These teas will clean you out and having you fearing eating anything for hours after.

i love how i feel after some hours of taking the tea, but you must be ready to visit the restroom regular which is good for you . feel very light and i had to take some water and fruit to balance up. i am kind of enjoying it.
