Very helpful to stretch calves
I didn't expect these to be such powerful little blocks. I can really feel the stretch up my calves. Doing this on a regular basis helps with foot pain. Super light and easy to carry anywhere you want. I can do it barefoot or with socks, and I don't have a problem sliding off because of the rough texture.

Versatile piece of equipment
I got this product to try out instead of buying a one piece slant board. I like this because it offers versatility in that you can spread out the individual blocks to accommodate how far apart you want to set your feet. They are light and easy to carry in your gym bag. The three pieces it comes with allows you to change different slant angles, which is a plus also. Being that they are hard density foam, they do tend to be a tad slippery when using it with bare feet. With shoes or socks, it’s no problem. One can remedy this by adding some skateboard tape for some extra traction. If you’re wondering about how much weight it can take, I weigh 215 lbs and the high density foam does not feel like they are sinking in. If you’re new to the slant board game, I highly recommend this piece of equipment. It’s affordable compared to a one piece slant board and it’s very sturdy and light weight. As mentioned above, the only negative I have is the slight slipperiness of it when used with bare feet but that can be fixed with some skateboard tape or just put your shoes on.

Inexpensive and effective. No grip when wearing socks.
You get three pieces with this product. For me, the slighter angle pieces needed to be stacked to make it useful. It might be nice to start with the slighter angle pieces for some, I started out with them but found them to be too slight. I am sure they will be perfect for some people though. (two different slight angles) So I ended up with two pretty much equal wedges or ramps. When you stack up the two slighter angle pieces they are pretty close to the steeper angle piece. I find that doing both at the same time is better than one at a time. You can feel it stretching out the back of your leg. I like to do it often for short periods of time. They are made of a hard smooth foam type material which has no grip when wearing socks. They do not give like some foam, they are not meant to be soft. Since there is no grip, I just slide down the ramp. At first I was frustrated by this. With shoes on or barefoot it works fine. Also with socks it is fine as long as you want your heal on the ground, it will end up there anyway when you slide down the ramp. I noticed that in the photos, people are wearing shoes and are not bottomed out at the end of the ramp. I find myself using this either right out of bed barefoot or with shoes/slippers on with good arch support the most. I do wish they had a little grip. The price is great, they work fine, I might consider putting some kind of abrasive tread material on the surface at some point. You could of course make your own out of wood but I doubt you would save any money or have a better result.

Let it sit outside or in a garage once opened as the chemical odor is initially strong.
This is a solid alternative to some more pricey models. It is constructed of high density EVA foam and doesn't compress, I have used this block for squats and lunges and the material had a sturdy build and you don't have to worry about slipping. The 15 degree angle is just right for "most" leg movements e.g., squats, VMO squats and lunges. I highly recommend this particular wedge slant block.

Really helps stretch the calves
I need to stretch my calves between runs. This is an inexpensive solution. I like that there’s several angles that you can add together. Lightweight and easy to use.

Useful and convenient
I use these to stretch my feet, ankles, and calves every day, and I’ve been noticing a difference when I go out to run - less stiffness and ache! The angles are great, I appreciate how easily they fit together and come apart, and they don’t feel like they’re going to slide apart, either, I feel very confident when use them that they’ll hold together well.

Got my knees back!
Worked for me. Went all in on knees over toes...and rehabbed a knee using these with other modalities. Just wedges of dense foam...but worth it.

Cheap but you can make it work
My bare foot slips off the steepest incline so you have to wear rubber soled shoes for it to work at all. Even then it’s not solid.

Un peu inconfortable si pieds nus , je dois mettre mon tapis d’exercice par dessus

Relación calidad-precio funciona, si tuviera una bolsa para llevarlo sería mejor.

These are good. Stack very neatly and I love that you can use them at different heights.

I use these for ATG split squats, 2-leg squats, and Poliquin step-ups, all with heels high, toes low. Wearing shoes, I don't slip on them. Two 8.5° blocks and one 17° block allows for single leg (8.5° or 17°) and two leg (8.5° or 17°) exercises. Regular squats and a leg press machine aggravate my Patellar tendon but squats on these doesn't. They are light and slide around the floor but don't once I'm standing on them. I like being able to adjust how wide apart they are (using a Yoga block) which wouldn't be possible with a wooden slant board. I would buy them again.

make sure to use on a non slip floor. Better to use either bare foot or with shoes. Socks tend to slip a little. Sturdy (I'm 220lbs and easily holds my weight with added weight)
