This machine is just as described. It was wrapped impeccably so it arrived in perfect condition. It is very easy to use. I love it, it has made binding effortless. I would most definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for an electric binding machine. I originally purchased a Cinch and this is an amazing improvement!

Our machine just started on fire! It stopped working yesterday. We plugged it in to trouble shoot it and it would not punch but the top roller worked with the pedal and the switch. Walked away to google solutions and the device was smoking and melting plastic. We had to run the machine out of the building and use a fire extinguisher to stop the burning. We have had the machine less than one year.

Great machine,,, well made and easy to use

This machine stopped working completely only after 2 months. It is covered under warranty providing you send it back in the original packaging. Tamerica wants to charge me $45 just for a box so I can spend another $100 to ship their defective machine to them for repairs.
