What is the inside and outside material made from?

Good Afternoon, the Munchkin, Inc. Secure Grip Changing Pad is made of Polyurethane Foam, Non-Phthalate Polyvinyl Chloride, Paper Cardboard,Thermoplastic elastomer, Polypropylene, and Polyacetel. The surface elements used on the product fall within the acceptable standards as currently defined by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) International.

What size cover works with this pad? It is really hard to find one that is 16 x 31.

I just use all run of the mill covers. The only one that was a bit tight was the Burt’s Bees but all others fit it.

Will a size 16 x 32 cover fit this changing pad?

The Munchkin Secure Grip Waterproof Diaper Changing Pad can be fitted with a changing pad cover that is 16" X 32".

Can this be strapped onto a baby crib?

Absolutely not! The straps are meant to secure your child to the pad so that they don't roll off the pad. The pad is firmish but would not offer any support to hang across a crib without a board beneath it. I have one of these on a changing frame on top of a dresser and I'm buying a 2nd one to place on top of my dining table now that I have a 2nd baby. Fwiw, the straps have been useless for securing my kids... My kids are so wiggly that they would just roll the whole pad onto the floor with them. I never walk away from my kids while they're on the pad as the fall risk is just too great.
