Where are the key limes grown?

According to King Arthur Baking, Florida has not been a commercial producer of Key Limes since the 1920s after a freeze wiped out the groves. It's odd that this bottle claims 100% key limes from Florida. I know I'm going to skip it.

What is the shelf life?

My bottle does not have an expiration date and there is a lot of thick pieces floating in it. is this normal?

After opening, hope long will this stay good for?

We had it in the refrigerator for at least two to three weeks as we used it to spice up summer Margaritas. Should not be a lot different than lemon juice. Good addition to a Margarita.
