Mammoth Gold Paydirt 'THE NUGGET' Panning Pay Dirt Bag - Gold Prospecting Concentrate

On a whim I ordered a gold pan on Amazon. Then I bought some paydirt. After reviewing several ads I opted for Mammoth paydirt. Seemed pretty honest and straight forward. In other words, I didn’t feel like they were telling me I’d find a nugget or get rich. I knew I’d find some gold. I got the package in 1 1/2 days and I couldn’t wait to start. I tried a tablespoon full and found a nice little piece. I wanted to put it away and do a tablespoon or two a day to make it last a while. That didn’t happen. Switched to a couple scoops at a time and found some gold in every exciting pan. Slow and steady and there it was shimmering gold that I had found. I didn’t hit the mother lode or get rich, but I’ll be buying more. I got about 1.5 grains. Maybe the next bag will have enough to pay for both bags. I’m hooked on this great product and fun new hobby.

The dirt was easy enough to pan. We went through ours a few times thinking we were missing gold but no. We purchased the Mammoth and another Paydirt product. We spent over $100 on dirt and got about $10 to $15 of gold. Most of the gold was so small it almost wasn't worth keeping. We bought a $20 kit from Gold Rush and got almost as much gold from it as from the Mammoth. It was fun to pan but the end result was disappointing. I am taking advantage of the free offer that came with the dirt to find out if this experience was an anomaly. All in all we were not happy with the product.

I SAW A VIDEO OF THE MAMMOTH THE NUGGET GOLD PAY-DIRT , I BOUGHT 2 BAGS AS THE PHOTO SHOWS AND COULD NOT WAIT TO ORDER IT, I FOUND MYSELF AS A TREASURE HUNTER THINKING OF GOLD AND LOOKING FOR GOLD.I WATCHED MANY VIDEOS ABOUT PAY-DIRT AND PANNING PAY-DIRT, SO I BOUGHT A GREEN PAN AND A BLACK PAN FOR TRYING MY HAND AT IT.AFTER SEEING THE REVIEW OF THE MAMMOTH NUGGET PAY-DIRT BAG I COULD NOT WAIT TO START PANNING, MY EXCITEMENT WAS ON OVERDRIVE, SO I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED READY.FIRST OF ALL IN TERMS OF CLASSIFICATIONS THE NUGGET PAY-DIRT AG IS ALREADY BEEN REDUCED DOW FOR EASY PANNING , I HAD A LARGE BLACK PAN FULL OF CLEAR WATER AND POURED A LITTLE BIT AT ATIME IN THE PAN THEN DIPPED THE PAN IN THE WATER AND BEGAN TO PAN BACK AND FOUR .AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF CLEANING UP THE FIRST PORTION OF THE BAG I SUDDENLY SAW THE FIRT SIGNS OF GOLD, HOLY COW, THERE WAS A LOT OF GOLD IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN AND I ONLY JUST GOT STARTED.I HIGLY RECOMMEND MAMMOTH PAY-DIRT AND THIER RELATED PRODUCTS TO ANYONE WANTING A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS NEW HOBBY OF MINE AND SOON TO NE YOUR AND THE RESULTS ARE GUARANTEEDLOOKS LIKE I GOT THE GOLD FEVER , BETTER BUY MORE PAY-DIRT LOL HAPPY HUNTING

These packs are a gamble. I have bought numerous and some are loaded with very small flakes of gold maybey one or two you can pick with a tweezers very seldom one you could actually pick up with fingers. This last pack was terrible,nothing but dust.

I bought 2 bags of this paydirt and I enjoyed the panning. There were some pebbles, lot of blonde sands and even some black sands to pan through. I would recommend panning out the refuse after your first go through to make sure you dont miss any fine gold. The first bag I got fewer pieces of gold but they were chunky. The second bag I got a lot more smaller pieces of gold. I attached photos of the progress of each pan. The first pan produced a total of 0.101g and the second bag produced a total of 0.116g of gold. Easy to pan and a good starter purchase or for satisfying the itch if stuck inside.

Avoid this seller. Paydirt bags are meant to have fun and find a little gold. In this case a little was so minuscule that it wouldn’t register on my gold scale (it goes to 3 decimal points) and I am not exaggerating. No pickers just 6 specs of flower and that’s from someone who has panned their whole life. I also bought several bags directly from their website and had three bags, three, that I got nothing. Avoid this one despite what other reviews say and buy from Klesh.

If you expect to get the gold shown on the second picture from the left in the description it won't happen. I bought two bags and found only three tiny pieces of gold. Professionally, I wouldn't even call them close to pickers and I have been panning and dredging for gold since I was 12. The yield was .05 of a gram per bag. Definitely won't buy again. I will continue to buy from someone that was on a boat in Nome.

Bought 4 bags to test my skill at panning. With no experience at all I was able to find gold in all 4 bags I purchased. It was fun and really helped me fine tune my technique. By no means did I expect to find massive amounts of gold but it was great to find gold in every pan! I would buy again. This is a great idea for beginners and to gift to kids with a pan and get them into prospecting. It's also great if you don't have access to paydirt and would like to pan for some gold. It is more gold than I'd find here in midwest in a single day.
