Not a Value for Money product.
1.) The Sound clarity is OK on normal volume. Following are negative factors. 1.) USB port failed after 6 months. 2.) No power adapter given for Charging.

Not 10watts only 3w
Product recieved esterday.nice build quality.sound is fair,bass response is poor. Main thing is that power is only 3W rms.but in amason description it is written as 10w!I have a logitec speaker of 10W and this product is not so powerful compared to that.any way i just want a speaker of portable type.so i just keep this...

They replaced the unit,I tested the new one and found it operational I have attached the photo of the replacement unit and one can see it works

Good but not durable
Product was good though it has stopped working so there is question mark on its durability. Also the customer service team is not so customer friendly

Not long lasting quality
Initially the sound quality was just amazing. It has only been one month since I started using it and already one side speaker is not working. I checked for the service option and none available anywhere near my state. Please check the service centres before ordering

Speaker not switchiing on
I bought this new Artis BT X1 wireless speaker.but its not switching on and neither indicating any charging.I am not able to connect to Bluetooth or any mode.Its not turning on.Request replace or return.

Product is ok. I bought "Boat 600" speaker prior to purchasing this one. But comperitevely Boat 600 is better in sound quality and output.
