Great stuff
so good, though I typically use Chaceries I use this ALOT flavorful But not hot for the sake of heat allowing me the ability to adjust by using cayenne and red pepper which makes this La girl happy.

Not enough Cajun
I purchased based on price and the expense of "known" cajun seasonings. Although it's priced well, you use MORE to get 'cajun'. Won't buy again.

Way too hot
Cajun should not be so hot that you can’t eat it. It is horrible. I like hot food but this is rediculous.
