Is it leader classs or voyager class? title says leader, but description says voyager.

He's 8 and a quarter inches tall. in my opinion he's too tall to be called voyager, and too short to be called leader. He's somewhere in the middle, though the packaging does call him leader class... i don't know if this answers your question
