The first set of these, my daughter bought for me, size medium. I have a partial removal of my right breast so always wear bras with pads. I stick these inside my bra pad and insert them into my bras. This method works nicely and I really like them. (I don't like silicone inserts that are actually touching my skin). The first set my daughter gifted me came with tape strips and a nice note to get more for free...which I did. Thank you! I decided to buy another set of silicone inserts so I didn't have to set up my bra every morning. The second set arrived right away, but was nearly twice the size of the first set, and came with no tape. I realized after measuring them that they are size large, not medium. I have included photos of how I use them, though the photos are using the large size as I am wearing the medium! The large set is uncomfortable for me. I am small-breasted and don't want to appear "unbalanced". I am 5'8" and 125 lbs - so I'm slender. I don't have big hips, either. I just want to appear as natural as possible. They refunded me immediately and told me to keep the incorrect size. Thanks, I guess. Maybe I can find someone who wants them? Anyhow, I have reordered size medium, again, which is arriving today. We'll see! I will update my review when I receive them. Cross your fingers!

Due to breastfeeding both my sons (and still am) I have severe asymmetry and one breast is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other. It has limited me to wearing baggy shirts and hiding my smaller side with my long hair draped over. I hate finding a shirt because I'm so scared that someone will notice and it has really plummeted my self confidence. I can't wear bathing suits or tight clothes and I have to be careful about patterns because it will draw more unwanted attention.. BUT I ordered these and I'm more than pleased! I literally cried with relief when I put the inserts in and jumped with excitement! I had to use both large inserts ony smaller side to make them as even as possible but oh man... I'm so grateful and these are literally a life saver for someone like me who really struggled with looking in the mirror... Ahhhh!!! I'm so happy!!! Also please don't look at my filthy bathroom 😅🫣 if I could give this more than 5 stars I would!!!

Sooo, these look fairly decent, like they might work well, BUT what I received had clearly been opened and likely worn. The box was ripped open and there was no plastic or packaging or tissue paper or anything included, just the pads inside the carry case. I believe NEW ones are probably packaged better and don’t look like used items I borrowed from a friend. To me, this is pretty disgusting—this is not the type of item I want to purchase and wear after someone else has had it in their bra, sweating on it for who knows how long or how many times. It’s unsanitary and used ones should not be resold. Now I have to go to the trouble of packing it up and driving to the next town to return it.

So after reading so many reviews I chose these because I really wanted to find a solution for filling that annoying gap in my bathing suit tops. After years of nursing my kids the girls just don’t look the same and I needed a little help filling them in. I’ve tried other styles and materials of inserts and these reminded me of some i used and loved years ago but misplaced. ONE TIME is all I got to enjoy them they definitely did what they promised I used the medium as I’m pear shaped and small up top (34A) I wasn’t going for adding 2 cup sizes I just needed a little help shaping. Anyways, because of some reviews that claimed they were perfect for the water because they don’t soak up water…you can see where I’m going with this. Swimming with my kids on the first day of our vacation I didn’t even feel one of them come out and spent an hour swimming around trying to find it. But silicone=crystal clear in the water. I can attest because I took the other out to see what to look for that they don’t sink but they also don’t float they just bounce around so unfortunately after three days of hoping I’d bump into it I never found it and instead spent the rest of the time carefully moving around to avoid a peep show sigh. I would wear them with clothes for sure but can’t say I would recommend them for the water like some others said they’ve done.

I'm 5'2" and 200 pounds at 44 years old. My breasts have always been wide set and droopy, but after losing 40 pounds a couple years ago they got really pancakey. It bothered me, but I didn't want surgery or an expensive bra. I also didn't want a dramatic difference, I just wanted a little extra lift and fullness. These are great. I only have wire-free bras right now, and they work in a regular bra but are a little too much for my bralettes. They stay in place without shifting or making me sweaty. I put them directly under my breasts and they just add enough fullness. I don't wear them all day or every day, just at events where I'm wearing more form fitting clothing. They give me a more balanced profile. Definitely glad I took a chance on these.

Due to 25 radiation treatments,(cancer) there was substantial shrinking of one breast. Bras didn't fit properly. I really only needed one insert. Although it is always good to have an extra one. This item is comfortable, well fitting, stays in place and the price was reduced. Great purchase. It would be an equally good product for anyone who wanted to use for augmentation purposes.
