Very good book for managers who don't have finance background. As a Director of engineering, I found this book very insightful. Prescribed for reading as part of MBA at Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI)

Easy to read and understand. concepts made clear

Although I have not read the book yet but The pages are cheap quality. And doesn’t seem to have maintained the quality needed.
