Great value for the good quality of this brand
I've use this brand before and it is comparable in quality to the Organic Gemini, which not only is much more expensive but No longer is Organic according to the package label. A few months ago the Organic Gemini brand was out of stock, so I decided to try 5 or 6 different brands from Amazon to compare them, and by far the Anthony's Organic Tigernut flour was the best. It's much lighter in color, less dried out, more moist, less gritty and better texture, and also my recipes were less flat and more fluffy in texture, while most of the other brands were very dark and dried out, like old. The clumps are normal because it's made from dry tubers, by the way, since it's 100% tigernuts with no other drying ingredients. I always use a sifter anyway when making my AIP flour mixes. I've using tigernut flour successfully for baking AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) recipes for more than 4 years now, because of terrible histamine and sensitivities to all grains, dairy and eggs. So I was very happy to find a good quality price for a lower price since it's the main tuber flour that I use for baking. Tigernut flour also have less carbohydrates and a lower glycemic index than cassava flour so it is healthier for my diabetic husband. Sweet flavor
I use this for AIP recipes as an alternative to grain flours. I’m pleasantly surprised by the natural, light sweetness it has. When I make waffles I don’t need syrup—perfect if you’re avoiding sugar. I also like the extra texture. (Also the bottom of the package says no tigers were hurt making it, which is adorable.)

Lumps! Otherwise a fine product
My recent bags are full of hard lumps of flour that I have to break apart using force on each lump. This flour used to be good, why is it lumpy lately? The lumps can be smaller than pea size all the way up to 3 inches across. I do not want to work out these lumps before I can use the flour. Frustrating.Package size: Should be wider to allow a 1-cup measuring cup to easily fit into the bag. Offer in a larger quantity like a 2-lb bag.

Great texture
I have been using this flour for my AIP diet. Adds well to smoothies and my AIP pancakes to make them smooth.

Excellent tiger nut flour.
This tiger nut flour is perfect for AIP recipes, very fine, no rancid smell and not full of lumps like some I've used before. The only downside is the cost. Would definitely recommend this product.

Might as well buy double what you wanted
Incredibly delicious tastes better than sweet rye and oat flour bread. Is a good 1 to 1 ratio with regular GMO free flour albeit needs more blending so get those mixins going.

Tigernut flour
I'm gluten free, so having different flour options is important to me. This flour is a good quality and performs well in gluten free cooking.
