After about a month, I have nothing but good to say, All the basic functions--word processing, internet, simple Photoshop zip along. The feel of the keyboard is good,, atlhough the placement of the backspace key is an adjustment. For spoken word, the speaker is fine, somewhat more powerful than other laptops. I use it on my desk; my requirement for portability is 2 lbs, but this not an excessively heavy laptop.
