There wasn’t a whole lot of flavor from these. You receive a decent sized bag for the money paid, I guess we will give them a second chance.

These are a bit expensive but were recommended to by my mother. They worked great for our egg and had a great flavor added to steaks that we reverse seared and a brisket.

Husband loved these wood chunks! He loved the size and they were uniform size. Great flavor, burn nicely, nice and dry. We will definitely buy again!

They worker very well in the smoker. Made the chicken taste fantastic! They last about 1\2 hour at about 300 degrees.
