The material inside elderberry capsule (transparent) has been of under quality. It got spoiled on receipt itself.Be careful, if there is no improvement or u fall sick, it means it's spoilt. Color change drastic.

Yes, it works for me. I use it with an extra dose of vitamin C when I feel a cold starting in the back of my throat. I use it for three days straight and it works for me, or if I am lazy and let the cold take over with this it lasts way shorter than how it used to be. I use it here and there when everyone else around me is sick. The end result is I stay fit and no colds.Update: Have been using it for a good few years now. I'm hesitant to try others as this works, so why mess it up. Also, one bottle lasts me like a year, depends on the use and who else takes it. I do not use this everyday cuz I don't see the point in it.

I used to take Elderberry syrup during the colder months as I feel I am more susceptible to colds - due to the negative effects of my insomnia on my immune system.However, as I was going to be travelling a lot for several weeks I did not want the hassle of a liquid and bought these capsules instead.A few colleagues have had colds etc but so far I have not - so maybe these are helping? who knows - but they are definitely more convenient than the liquid.

I'm taking time out to review 12440 black elderberry capsules due to having suffered significant stomachache for a number of days after taking it. Obviously once I realised what was causing the significant stomachache , the offending Black stuff has been thrown out.Given the number of other people's reviews who have experienced the same and similar negative reactions after taking it , I'm surprised this product is able to be purchased!BTW Amazon, IMO there should be a zero star option!Interesting to note, this product in the UK is distributed by the aptly named 'Schwabe Pharma'…

I have suffered with colds all my life, nearly once a month I would get one. I have tried every remedy there is but this seems to be the best so far

I have been taking these capsules for three years. During this time I have had no coughs or colds inspite of being immunocompromised and no side effects. I found it also reduces the severity of other viral infections. So helpful
