SGODA Dog Cooling Vest Harness Cooler Jacket Grey Orange X-Large

I was not entirely convinced before I got these in, but they are great! Our dog is a 70lb black lab and when its 110 degrees outside he is just baking alive. This vest is working wonders you can physically feel the coolness on his fur just by sticking your hand under the vest. Now will this save your dog from heat stress if it's 120 degrees and 100% humidity with no wind? No, but it will get you an extra 15/20 mins of fetch so long as it is a reasonable temperature outside, which is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be more happy, my only suggestion is to not wash it in any kind of machine washer as it can mess up the internal stuffing.

For the SGODA Dog Cooling Vest Harness Cooler Jacket (Grey/Green), I like the product and when we are outside and I put my hand between the jacket and my dog's body, I can feel that it's cool. I have even recommended it to others. BUT the green coloring has transferred to my dog's fur (he is grey & white). Even after I bathe him, the green is still on his fur. I have soaked it in salt water, and this did not amend the issue. I have read to try white vinegar to prevent the color from bleeding, so I am hoping this alleviates the issue.

We had a series of 100+ degree heat waves this summer. Ordinarily my Malamute/Huskie would be in the air-conditioned house 24/7 but he was recently diagnosed with idiopathic seizures. The medication makes him drink a LOT more water so he needs access to his water bowls, and of course pees more frequently. He weighs over 100 lbs and is barrel-chested but I took a chance and ordered the largest size. The cooling vest fits him perfectly and is well-made! Once he realized how much cooler it felt to have this vest on, he was eager to wear it.

This fits very nice and it’s soft. I like the double zipper allowing it to expand a little or be a little tighter if needed. My 70lb male boxer was comfortable in it but after about 4 min in the sun it lost its ability to keep him cool. I presoaked it in cool water and wrung it out a little and we also tried squirting the garden hose on it to keep it cooler but again after about 4min it was getting warm.

I got two of these cooking’s vests and I’m the hot august heat it kept my frenchie cool and we were able to stay at the beach longer. However the top doesn’t stay wet very long so u need extra water to keep it cool. Wasn’t a problem for us and she didn’t seem to mind wearing it at all! Highly recommend!

This item works with the premise as surface water evaporates the residual temperature drops. It works. I have an older Shetland sheepdog. With his long coat, in the heat of the summer his energy is zapped. This cooling vest gives him calm and endurance against high temperatures.

Great vest, My dog Chloe really enjoys the vest. It keeps her cool and she doesn't pant as much as she did before. I like the double zipper so if she grows mor,e I don't have to buy another vest. Great quilty, and I like the leash rings because I can hang LED lights from them. Best buy I did for Chloe's heath and comfort.

It’s like a swamp cooler for your pooch! Wetting the vest, then lightly wringing it out keeps Titus cool enough for a roughly one hour walk in the hot Southern California sun. Any longer and you should bring a bottle of water to “top off” the vest. Bear in mind that any device or garment that uses the endothermic process for cooling will function best in a dry environment.

This arrived just as the heat wave in British Columbia began. It was 30 degrees today, and it is only May! I have used a cooling vest for years now, and the old one needed replacing. This one is way better than my previous one. It has a double zipper, I assume for different widths of dogs and it was nice and comfy on my pup Acorn. It is really well made with two layers, so when both layers are wet, it lasts longer. If you are out for longer you just wet it again. I also like that you don't need a harness with this one. We had a good walk in the park, mostly in the shadier parts and Acorn was perfectly happy. Just remember to keep your pups off the concrete and tarmac so they don't burn their paws.

Au début de l'été, mes chiens (1Malamute et 1 Golden) avait très très chaud. Je pensais avoir trouvé la solution idéale! J'ai donc acheté cette veste et une autre, d'une autre marque. Ni l'une ni l'autre on fait leur travail. Après plusieurs tentatives, elles ne gardent pas le froid. Mes chiens suaient quand je leur installais sur le corps, même en suivant les instructions à la lettre.Par contre, je dois avouer qu'elles sont très belles. Le tissus et les coutures sont de bonnes qualités mais leurs couleurs sont beaucoup trop pâles.Elles sont extrêmement cher pour en avoir vu en boutique d'animaux par la suite a beaucoup moins cher! À mon avis, ces vestes ne gardent aucunement le froid. Elles sont belles, certes, mais à quoi bon la beauté, n'étant pas le but! Malheureusement je dois dire ... À NE PAS ACHETER !!!
