My partner has developed quite uncomfortable bloating, but this helps to relieve it.

On day 5 and take before breakfast and evening food. My stomachs ok as I have daily pain. Less bloated but definitely doesn't stop burning. Will buy again due to the lack of stomach pain. My only complications is £15 ! Shocking prices

I wanted to take a full five day course of three capsules a day before commenting. I'm glad I did, because on days one and two I really thought that this product had 'cracked' my problem as I had no symptoms at all. Then suddenly on day three, more pain and i realised I had only had a temporary spontaneous respite. On day four I suffered a lot of pain and constipation and it occurred to me at the end of day 5 that the capsules might well be contributing to that, so I took the decision to stop, even though I had by then purchased a second pack. I just don't think these have contributed much but am giving them a 3 star rating as I can't say for sure.

Only tried a couple so far. Seemed to help a bit, but I think it prob needs to be used as a course maybe , so yetvto find out

this helped started with 3/day first pack down to 2/day second pack now 1/day maintenance which keeps the problem under control

These have really helped settle the storm that has been going on inside of me and stopped me blowing up like a puffer fish.I would definitely recommend trying these if you suffer the same only one criticism they are pricey but at the same time they work for me,so will purchase some more to keep when needed.
