A well built and compact ultrasound therapy machine. I am using it at home for low back pain (old L5-S1 disc herniation) and occasional sciatica pain going down right leg. Due to Corona times, I am stuck out of my home station. As I don’t feel safe going to just any other Physiotherapy Centre, so I purchased this machine. It is working well and giving me considerable relief from pain. The machine was delivered safely to me in a North East India city in very good time despite so many Covid rules/restrictions, which keep changing. Also enclosed is a small handout of 4 pages about ultrasound physiotherapy and continuous and pulse ultrasound modes, but it is not very well written. So you need to study about these modes on your own. But there is no User Guide as such which comes alongwith the equipment, which would suggest what settings you need to use for various types of pain. However the enclosed warranty card gives the mobile number of the seller whom you can call and they will give you a demo or solve your query for usage through video call. Because of this facility I was able to use the machine correctly and relieve my pain. The equipment is good, you can safely purchase this machine for home or clinical use being an affordable and well built model backed by telephonic / video support.

While 1) it's supplied in a good carry bag with protective support in all sides, top and bottom too; 2) it's also includes a bottle of gel free of cost, a instruction manual and warranty card; 3) every day it's being used twice for half an hour each time without any problem and easy to use and 4) moreover, the patient is improving day by day what a purchaser can say except the unit is PERFORMING EXCELLENT.Mr Ravi Kumar has been very polite and very positive during our conversation on warranty of the unit.Since many years, I am Amazon customer. The Physiogears Digital Unit Ultrasound Physiotherapy Machine For Pain Relief came with a convenient carrying case. The carrying case was lined inside with foam rubber. The package included a User Manual and one 250 ml bottle of gel.The power cable has a 3 pin plug and is 1.7 metres long. The cable for the ultrasound head is 1.3 metres long.The unit remains cool while being used.The time selected for treatment counts down and displays time left. The selector button enables selection of Continuous or Pulse 1:1, 1:4, 1:7 or 2.0. The intensity knob adjusts the intensity of the ultrasound in watts/square cm. All are convenient to operate.The User Manual is only in English. The manufacturer may like to include other major languages also. On request, Medgears forwarded a video on how to use the machine.There are also videos on YouTube on how to use ultrasound therapy and the precautions to be taken. These are very useful.I have used the machine for more than a month. I find it useful and effective.

The media could not be loaded. This is second time when there is a complaint of malfunctioning of this machine. See video. Since it is under warranty, a replacement is requested.Before sending please check it very well.If there is a better model then send the photo and details. The equipment gradually decrease heating and in around 2 months you will realize you took wrong decision to purchase this model. Customer care dont give support and is not technically sound and dnt have eager to sort out Customer issue.

The ultrasound machine for physiotherapy is really good and cheaper compare to other apps . The machine is working good and easy to use compare to other ultrasound machine
