Pls do not buy, 10 years warranty is false advertised.
Pls do not purchase this.It says 10 years warranty for residences.Pls see this plate which is in my powder room which is a luxury bathroom with all fittings and maintenance at par with a hotel.All Grohe plates start getting these black spots on it which keeps on increasing and when the technician comes he says spare part warranty is 3 months.The plate here which is bought says ABOUT THIS ITEM - as 10 yrs warranty so how does it suddenly change to 3 months! Pls buy Kohler or a better local company than invest in this so called luxury bathroom fixtures as once you put it, you will repent with the customer services and also the quality of the product as it is plastic coated so it is bound to have problems!!!
