I have been using this product for more than a month. I can definately feel its effects as I have become more calm and composed. Although ayurvedic products take time to show affects, I would recomment taking them for their ease of use and offered benifits. Moreover I only found very few brands making shankpushpi as contrast to other medicines, from which this stood out the most. So, go for it and be patient to see optimal results.
