Jansport has a great warranty; they'll fix a hole in your bag if you file a complaint and send it in. They send you a new backpack if they cannot fix it. I did that with one of my old Jansports, and they sent me a replacement. This backpack seems thin on the bottom suede panel, but I have been using it for school for almost 4 years and its lasted me this long! I like the neutral grey color and the straps sit pretty comfortably as well. Also the front pocket has useful pencil pockets which allows me to not have to carry around a pencil case anymore. Overall a great quality backpack!

Possibly the best backpack ever. So much room, durable. I bought 2, one for each son, and they love them as well.

Great booksack. This is my daughters 3rd one, and they have all held up great. She just wanted a new one because she is starting high school this year. Got it at a lower price than anywhere else. JanSport has always been a good quality product.

Good for basic backpack. Very simple and not much structure to the backpack so may not carry heavy loads well. I bought it for it reminding me of being a kid as I think this style & design have been around a long time, over 30 years maybe.

Bought this bag for my teenaged daughter for her birthday. She loves it! She is planning on using it as her school bag - she's going into 8th grade. The bag is not only attractive, but appears to be of high quality and is roomy. I would recommend!
