I’ve been using this mouse jiggler for a few weeks now and it’s been flawless. Super easy to set up (plug and play), completely silent, and it keeps my mouse moving naturally without any weird or jerky motion. I love that it works without installing software, so there’s nothing to configure or troubleshoot.

I bought this as I wanted something to stop my laptop from going into sleep mode, which resulted in me having to then log back in (administrative restrictions, so can’t change the settings). I must say I have very please with it, easy accessible buttons, good size and easy setup (plug in and that’s it). I found this value for money, especially as you can adjust the speed of movement style if the cursor, with one press of the button.

If you are buying this, it's probably to keep your PC connected to work and make it look as though you are alive. To that end, it works a treat. The movement it generates is a random walk, and my mouse moves to all the points of the compass in say 50 pixel straight lines and on the 45 degree lines too. However, my worry bead is that this isn't perhaps good enough and could be detected in the next round of MS teams analytics. The CAPTCHA checks now detect true straight line movements as being machine generated and block them. I'd have liked to have seen more human like moves with curves, squiggles and wobbles of varying length and direction plus random pauses between such movements. Also, if you can generate keyboard strokes ... why not add the option also press the now largely unused F16 key and shift, ctrl and alt keys - as in isolation, these have no meaning - but would add to a digital footprint of being alive. However, this was fantastic value and neatly keeps me logged into work so I can keep an eye on everything without being timed out when working on my other work laptop.
