Product Was Defective

Very disappointed as my new Banuce briefcase is not up to standard. It arrived on time but when I unzipped the outside rear Sleeve - the lining was TORN right along the bottom seam. VERY DISSAPOINTED - but off course it’s not feasible for me to return it as I don’t have the time as a busy executive. I guess that what happens when you buy on price!!!
