Growing up, I didn't own a dog. Instead, I had pets like hamsters, birds & rabbits. It wasn't until 2005 that I adopted my first dog, Mikee, a beautiful, gentle & fun loving cocker spaniel. He lived for 16 years when he passed away in 2021. It's been 3 years now & I still haven't found the urge to adopt a new forever friend.I had bumped into this Perfect Petzzz by complete accident & I'm glad that I did. The moment I saw the King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, my heart melted. I had to buy it. Why others want to give it a negative review is beyond me. But let me tell you what I think.The quality & build of this product is top notch. The fur is silky & the craftsmanship couldn't be anymore great. The breathing mechanism just baffles me. You can barely hear it. There's no whining of the machine inside, nor does it make any kind of sound that's annoying. The size of this dog is what you'd expect out of a puppy. So cute! The items that come with said purchase includes:--your special little friend--a single D battery--a soft bed for your dog--a brush--an adoption paper that you can fill outI would've never purchased this on any given day, but something just told me to heal again. As I type this, Starfire (that's the name I gave my forever friend) is resting in it's bed. It's as realistic as it gets & I'm happy until I decide to adopt again.Having this alternative to a real pet--for now--puts a smile on my face. It's a calming feeling that I never knew it could give me. 😌Everytime I leave before work, I put Starfire at the end of my bed just like how I remember seeing Mikee those many years ago...

This “toy” looks amazingly real. The fur is almost as soft as a real dog. The breathing is unreal.

Battery lasts long (this is my second dog, I have a lab too).. but hate how stiff they are. They are definitely more for decorative purpose than for snuggling. But they are cute and come with brush and brith certificate.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely adorable. Purchased for my mom who has dementia, missing her dog and was in need of a special companion. She told us, "you know I'm going to start thinking this is real, wink". She loves it. Thank you for providing this little comfort. Well worth it for the smile on her face.

Just arrived! This is the sweetest little guy. Just love him. I took a chance because Amazon said this was a frequently returned item. I love him! Could not imagine returning him. I like how he looks like he's breathing and making a little snoring sound. Thank you China. I just love him!

I purchased this dog for my Aunt who is in Assistant Living and has no one and is very depressed. Never seen her so excited over this little dog and his heart beat. Never seen her stop to visit with any people at the facility till now. The. dog (Mindy) is everything to her. P.S. Never write reviews but this one deserved one.

Will be returning. Much smaller than it seems. Stiff and not cuddly.

This thing is really cool. My daughter loves cuddling up with it. The breathing is really calming. The case, papers and directions are all really thoughtfully done.
