These are awesome and work so much better than the forks!! I had to cook 50lbs of pulled pork and bought these for that and these made it so much easier and quicker to get thru!!

These claws are so well made. I will use them for years to come. Sharp, great grip, love love love them.

We bought these for the pork shoulder we like to smoke on our Traeger. These are sturdy, sharp, they can pick up and hold heavy meat, and make shredding roast a snap. They feel good in our hands. I recommend them.

My husband uses these after roasting our pork in the oven. He covers the pork with mustard (sometimes he skips this step so not necessary). Then he covers with seasoning, equal parts of salt + garlic + minced onion or onion powder. Sometimes he also adds equal parts paprika + cayenne pepper + black pepper. I think it tastes better that way, but my kids are more sensitive. Anyway we put that in the oven at 275° for 10 hours (restarting the oven after 5 hrs because it has a safety feature to turn off at some point). Then we let it rest for 1 hour before he quickly shreds it with this amazing product. Then we throw it into the dishwasher for quick cleaning.
