Kids loved the slide! Amazon and manufacturer customer service great too!
So this review has two points- first how much the kids loved the waterslide- and the second what went wrong and Amazon rocks.We got this slide for my son's birthday gift and for his party this Summer. We set it up and it looked great, the kids went down it dry, and a few days later was a weekend so we hooked up the water and let them test it out- the day before the party. My 11 year old (very light 75lbs) told me it seemed to be squishing down by the climbing area, more than it had when they tried it dry. We found that the seam at the bottom had just come apart. This slide appears to be very sturdy, good stitching and good materials, it just looks like the material got in the stitcher wrong. We had a party the next day, so I was able to roll the fabric over at the area of the 9" opening and clamped it with strong plastic clamps. The area must have unraveled further once the kids went up and down a few times during that dry run because it was next to the climbing area. We made it work for the party and since it was the end of summer, decided not to risk with a replacement. We wouldn't have had much time to try it out before the weather changed and I want to make sure. Amazon gave us a refund and we will repurchase this very same slide next Summer unless there is a new model that is affordable. The kids had a blast on the slide- ages 5-11, and it is 18" long in the water area, so it is big. The slide is about 2' longer than one we used to have from Little Tikes, and I think for the price this is a good deal. Amazon will handle it if you have a problem. I had actually contacted the manufacturer before purchase asking about the warranty since this is the most expensive item I've ever bought on Amazon (a little foreshadowing?) -they said that they have a 1 year full warranty and the second year they will replace it for half price. That's a company standing behind their product.

SO Fun!
Set up is fairly easy. This thing has no issues holding me and I am 210 pounds. My son and his friends love this thing so much. Have to be careful though, not much room at the bottom of the slide so slowing down involes crashing into the side most times, but I think it is more funand the kid thinks its hilarious. He even slipped once and fell backwards climbing up to the slide and just bounced off it. Not a scratch and was still laughing. But he is a typical 7 year old, takes a bit to freak him out lol Going into the second season, will update if there are any issues!

Fun, Durable, but heavy to move...HAPPY with purchase..
The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this about a month ago..and WOW, best investment for outdoor fun, so far. A huge win with my kids (3-5 y/o)The quality, I think, is awesome. I got tired of buying $20-$30 pools at Walmart and replacing them as quick as I bought them.I'm a penny pincher, but when you live out in the middle of nowhere this is an awesome slide for family fun. It evens holds my husband's weight and he's 6' 3" 180lbs. As you can see in this video, we are not gentle with our slide-park, but we do make sure it is dried out before storing and that it is properly cared for. For example, don't leave it out for days. It could not only kill the resilience of the PVC its made of but kill your grass too. We rotate the slide to different areas of the yard and do dry it in a climate controlled area, if possible. I would like to get a cheap hockey equipment duffle bag for it though because there is NO way that this and the blower is going to fit into the bag it provides..or maybe a very large storage tote 50 gal plus? So, we have been having store it loosely folded up for now.Luckily, I see that it does come with some repair patches. I am sure in the future it will be needed.I had no problems with "ouchies" when landing on the bottom the slide. I think I have read that others have put an egg foam crate padding on the bottom, but with our grass, it was not needed. It helps when you have water on the bottom! I did put out a tarp to protect the bottom layer of the pool. It is a thick PVC type material, but it just made sense and also to help keep feet clean when entering the water.So far, we LOVE this slide.

Simply Fantastic! 5++ Stars
I'll keep the praise brief:If you have kids or grandkids in your family, BUY THIS. The only caveat to that is, you- or SOMEONE- must be physically able to manage the breakdown and storage the next day. We bought this in 2018 and it never fails to provide hours and hours of joy for our grandkids. The best part is, they stay out of our hair and don't whine and complain during summer family backyard parties!Ok, that should describe my satisfaction with this product. The only reason I'm even writing this is because I was searching through old orders to repurchase a computer monitor arm, saw this and wanted to share my thoughts. Now on to some friendly advice:1. BUY THIS!2. Get a large plastic tub to store it in.3. When the kids are finished using it, get it off the grass ASAP! Can't stress this enough. If you leave it in the yard overnight, your grass will die. Unplug it, drag it onto the driveway/deck/porch/patio, and let it sit overnight deflated. Your grass will be fine if you do this.4. Inflate it the next day somewhere off the grass, sweep down the grass and dirt, rinse with water, then with blower running just let it dry for several hours. We tilt it up and clean the underside too. Get ALL of the water off the surfaces and out of the nooks and crannies.5. Once dry, deflate, fold carefully and store in the tub.6. BUY THIS!The above steps will prevent mold. We've ALWAYS made sure to store it dry, and NEVER had one SPEC of mold or any other issues whatsoever. Just don't be LAZY!Breakdown and storage is the hard part, but absolutely worth it! Even our older grandkids are still using it and loving it. We've owned this for five years and never had one minute of trouble with this unit, very well built and tons of fun. Definitely would buy again.Finally... did I say BUY IT!!? :-)
