About the Author Pete Evans has built a reputation as a chef, television presenter and restaurateur of award-winning Hugo's Manly, Hugo's Bar Pizza and Lounge in Sydney. He is the author of My Table and My Grill for Murdoch Books. Mark Ward has a background in international hospitality and marketing and is the man behind the cocktails in the Hugo's group success story.

Great, great book!
I ordered the book based on the My Kitchen Rules show. I really had no idea if I could use the recipes in Estonia, but I was positively surprised that most of these recipes used in the book are doable with here also. I've bought foreign cook books before and most of the time some of the ingredients are unattainable here. But this one's a great book! I can't wait to try all of the dishes and cocktails!!
