THIS PRODUCT HAS HELPED MY DIGESTION. I TAKE IT A FEW TIMES A WEEK.

I take 2 pills along with 1 tablespoon of whole psyllium husk fiber and a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll. This combination helps me have less cramping, the stool is more large and solid so easier to eliminate vs many trips of liquid eliminations. The liquid chlorophyll helps with the smell. Sorry for TMI but I found this is the best way to do this cleanse for me. Make sure to take in lots of water especially when mixing the fiber.

I get chronic yeast infections. I've tried going off sugar completely but that didn't help the issue so I must have candida overgrowth. Even with a good diet that's hard to get rid of. BUT I didn't get an infection last month taking this so I'm gonna stick to it.

The benefits are so many. I can tell a difference and it's helping me. This strain is shelf stable and does not need refrigeration.

Funny story. Whole family got sick with a terrible stomach bug, 1 by 1. I had been taking this for months (recommended for h pylori), not sure if it ever did anything but I was the last one to get sick and also had the lightest case. When others started getting sick I started breaking these open and putting them in my lemonade, multiple times a day. I had put one capsule in a bottle of electrolytes (that had sugar) in case I were to get sick, forgot about it, then several nights later the cap EXPLODED off! It must have been eating the sugar in the bottle, multiplying etc until the pressure in the bottle was too great. If that's not proof this stuff is still alive and viable I don't know what is.
