Comprehensive supplementation and Easy to swallow!
My ortho doctor advised me to change to these vitamins after being diagnosed with early onset osteoarthritis.Generally speaking, my favorite aspect about these supplements is that they are all soft capsules (not tablets) which makes them very easy to swallow. Because I very much dislike large tablets I was inconsistent, at best, in taking vitamins daily. I now, consistently, take the packets twice a day as directed. They go down quickly and easily with no throat discomfort.I credit these vitamins, along with diet changes, and modified activity in improving my life considerably. I went from constant pain, sometimes quite severe, to only an occasional twinge.

I honestly have to say I feel so much better when I take these vitamins. They are expensive so I don't take them everyday and sometimes casually forget. But I think back to how I felt before and I was at a 6 out of 10. Now I at a 9👍🏼

Quality
A friend recommended Nano. I noticed feeling better. I stopped because of the cost. Feeling sluggish. Going to try them again. I'm healthy so I didn't feel the need to take them everyday. 4 stars because of the price.

Lifepak Anti-aging formula
I Love lifepak Anti- aging formula. I had open heart surgery and four years later had to have 5 stents. I was so run down with no energy and was told to try lifepak and found i gained and enormous amount of energy and my blood work came back much better . I will not stop taking this product.Even my Cardiologist said I was doing so much better.
