OXO Good Grips Mini Angled Measuring Cup

Great little piece, works really well when you don't need more than a 1/4 cup.

Great measuring device! You can see what amount you're adding as the numbers face up and on a grade so you can be precise. Useful to the max! Cooking and in the garage, separate cups of course. :-)

Soooo cute. For some reason, I was thinking it had a handle, i.e. it was JUST a scaled down version of the larger cups. Nahhh. That's okay though, because it doesn't need a handle. Easier to use for those small liquid measures than a 1 cup measuring cup.

Even though it's a 2oz I still got it to use for 2.6oz of two-stroke oil for outdoor power equipment. 2.6ox goes to the top of the scale so it is truly a repeatable process without really looking - that's what I was looking for. Because it's small, it cleans easily an sits right on top of a gallon jug of 2-stroke oil. Waaay cheaper to buy by the gallon or larger and measure your own.

I purchased a second mini measuring cup because I use my other one so much I needed two. It’s perfect for liquid measuring instead of tablespoons. It washes perfectly by hand or in the dishwasher. I’ve had my first mini for over 5 years and it still looks new and is very nice durable. It’s easy to use and grip.

I have had one of these in my kitchen for years, and can hardly get through baking anything without pulling it out to measure 2 or 3 tablespoons of some liquid or another (it measures up to 1/4 cup). It is so easy to read the measurement just by looking down at it, rather than having to scrunch down or bend over to read at eye level. Then one day recently I couldn't find it. It was just gone. Hunted high and low, with no luck. Then I did the same in local stores to replace it. Still no luck. OXO is a brand I trust for a quality kitchen product, and I was grateful to find it here on Amazon.

For reference, this is being used about 80% of the time as a jigger/bar ware. The good features are that it's easier to read fluid levels in dim light due to the cup being transparent and the scale having a white backing for better contrast. It also pours well and it doesn't rust in the dishwasher either. The down side is that there are fewer measurement divisions than on the stainless version, leaving you to guess at 1/3oz. and 1 3/4oz. increments. I got mine for $10, but they usually go for between $15 and $20, just like the stainless variant, at which point, I'd stick with the metal version for its edge in durability.

Works great! Love the fact that you can read the level from above. Accurate, too...matches up with my laboratory glassware.

Very useful for small measurements and you can look straight down to check the amount instead of raising the container or bending down to check the amount.
