Tablet size
I would not recommend this product to anyone. The tablet is too large and chewing it leaves disgusting chalky residue taste in the mouth, plus you have to take more than 1 tablet, totally not worth it. I found a better alternative, smaller and non-chewable, I just swallow them and then I am done for the day.

Chalky taste
Needed calcium without vitamin D and found these. They are somewhat chalky tasting but satisfied that I'm getting the calcium I need.

Proof of Effectiveness Will Show Next Labs
As a chewable, the large tabs are easy to take and taste like flavored tums. I like that this is supposedly more absorbable than carbonate. Next labs should tell.

Taste great
I like the taste if you like a citrus taste. I don’t mind taking this vitamin at all. Actually look forward to it. It can be a lil sour like sour candy. Size of a quarter per tablet is a good example of size.
