Great supplement!

Puritan has been a household name for vitamins and the like for decades. Good value fir a great product. Although there is a Chinese company buying up all our upper end vitamins supplements companies. This is not right. Amazon has been a source fir them now for some time. I'm going to stock up, purchase Amazon's food grade containers along with food grade gas to replace the air with in these containers. Myself and my friends do not trust those people especially in our foods and supplements.

Good value for the money. Cheaper than I have found at Walmart, CVS or Walgreens. I have used them for years. This is a new brand, but I expected to work just as well. It’s biggest the biggest health benefit for me is that it works with folic acid 1 mg to help promote red blood cells. As a cancer patient that’s what we want healthy red blood cells.

Pills are a good size. They don’t stick together. The bottle is very large and lasts a long time.
