Bajaj FX-1000 1000 Watts Food Processor, Silver, Black

I like this product very much except big jar of dove maker is should be steel one because it will brake down soon , my jar is already broke down

After 2 years of use , Iam writing this review . There is some major issue in design, it never worked properly. The jar and mixer fixing is very faulty . My mother could never operate it properly and my wife also always had issues of fixing . On top of it the motor got burnt ( though it was under warranty and they replaced the motor also , but forgot to put the copping fan ) , now Iam totally frustrated and throwing this out of my house .Don’t buy this product , not worth the cost , they should sell it at Chinese product price like Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 max not more than that .

I did lot of study before buying this. Earlier I was using Bajaj Fx,,model. Used for six years, then it stopped.For next new I bought Philips, reviews were not good with respect to noise, but it was terrible in noise. We couldn't bear that noise while using food processor, but as mixy it was ok.Then after studying lot of model and reviews about noise and web search, I zeros on this model.It is simply great, noise is less definitely good, my wife now is happy.I am mechanical engineer and with my 30 years experience of experience in product development, it is best one.Generally people will think Bajaj as second option, but it is wrong.But handling food processor is bit delicate, and lot of interlocks are used for safety purpose, I am only worried about so much automation and reliability.My budget was 6500 but ended up buying this for 9700. After reading all the negative reviews, it was with a lot of hesitation that I placed this order. I placed the order bcoz I had been using Bajaj fx10 food processor for many years and was v satisfied with it. Anyway, this new food processor is even better. Faster,easy to operate, sleek and overall excellent. Dough kneading was fast, grinders were fine, and the slicer disk can be used for making slices of variables thickness ! Very happy with my purchase !UPDATE after 9 months :I have come to the conclusion that kneading dough was much better in the Fx10. In this model because of the high speed, the dough gets over processed. Not happy with that. Everything else is fine.

Amazing product at a great price. Delivery was fast and secured. Have been using the product for 3months, no flaws/defects found so far.

Too bad product. Stopped working after 8-10 uses. It's customer services are pathetic. They don't respond. The service chap went away with processor and didn't received the calls afterwards. Don't buy it. Invest in some other brand. Worst experience. Wasted my money on such crap.
