Great flavour
This is a really good product. Mind you, it's not one where you just add water and it's all good. You do need to add other stuff like corn, carrots, meat (chicken/prawns are good), but it provides a good base. And always good to have on a cold morning :)

A great base for rich and interesting soups
I grew up on this cock soup, used as base for rich, flavourful soups. I only use the spice mix (I strain out the noodles) for stock and add lots of vegetables and proteins - from chicken to lamb neck. I would never drink this as a soup on it's own, that would be weird.
