It’s like making a weird but very delicious experiment. First you add the big packet of sugar powder. Followed by 5 cc of water (they give you a little measuring cup). Give it a stir until all the sugar is moist. Then the magic happens when add the smallest packet of “sugar”. You have to mix the two powders and water together until it froths until at least double (if not more). They do give you a middle sized pack that usually contains a harder like candy (think Nerds) that you dip your whipped creations into before enjoying the whole treat.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THIS A LEAST ONCE. *I enjoy all of the flavors but I would say that grape is my preferred choice
