I have tried so many brands of whey protein. I prefer isolates for their cleanest macros. Most brands have a synthetic plastic after taste. This has no aftertaste (it tastes amazing) and is one of the few brands with a chocolate mint flavor which is amazing. The vanilla flavor is also good. It mixes easily in a shaker bottle. This is the best protein and it’s a great value for the price.

I have tried the following flavors from Rule 1: Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, and Mint Chocolate. They are all delicious, but slightly weak on flavor IMO. This is not uncommon as I have found this to be the case with other protein brands. I had to buy extra sweeteners/flavor enhancers. For example, with the Mint Chocolate, I purchased peppermint extract to kick up the flavor. The macros on the label are very good, if accurate. I do wish they had, on the label, a more detailed breakdown of the BCAAs. It raises questions when this information is not provided. Update: Lowered my rating after further research. The company will not provide a complete breakdown of the amino acid profile. Requesting refund.

Great tasting protein shake. Love the flavor with almond milk. Doesn’t clump up, mixes well.
