I like the book and it's philosophy 10 on 10

Had been talking to a Senior professional, taking her feedback and she mentioned this book. I recollected reading it a few decades ago.I felt i must read it again. And it has been a very interesting 30-45 minutes session.Philosophy and Parody as I often see things brought out in a beautiful story.The ending is heart-warming and inspirational!

I am happy to get this book.As I have ordered I just hope it will help me in my future also as it is helping me now

It's a good read and quite inspiring

A beautiful metaphor for striving for the highest potential of human being, which is generally subdued and slowly takes a death in the face of societal conformation, herd mentality and constant compulsion to follow the line rather than following our own inner voice. How the author has come up with this story as a metaphor for a reminder to us to always belive in ourselves and striving for our inner call rather than the societal noise amazes me. It's a short story but a very very impactful one. A must read for anyone having a spiritual bend and asking the right questions to ourselves as we go on living our life on an autopilot mode.

The story was very nice and inspirational, it gives a message to focus on work with full dedication ignoring the ones who try to limit your potential.Page quality was good the only issue was there were many blank pages with pictures of seagulls.I felt they were left intentionally with some deep meaning or had some some significance, which I guess I was not able to comprehend.
