Book is good but packaging of the product is not good I didn't recieve CD with this

Teachers guide n CD mentioned on cover not received.Pls call n advise...Also I have been debited rs.420/But invoice shows 395/..why ???

Missing CD
The book delivered was in OK condition. CD was missing, it was mention in book itself that it contains a CD for audio study but it was missing.

CD not delivered.
The CD that was supposed be part of the book was missing. Looks like it was pulled out, as the sticker was still there.

Good book - poor packing.
Book is good. But this book was charged for delivery which was not parked properly, came folded with bends on pages. Also looked like from old stock as pages are pale.
