This product is just okay—nothing too impressive, but it gets the job done. It works as expected, but there’s nothing outstanding about it. The quality is average, and while it’s not terrible, it’s not the best

Good product but bad packaging during delivery
The product is very good. Even though these are states as maternity pads, if you are suffering from very heavy flow due to PCOS / PCOD you can use the pads. Because very few maxi pads are actually as thick as this one as the other brands claim. Rio xl pads were good but they stopped manufacturing. However the item was delivered without packaging (no brown paper amazon package). So what was purchased is visible to everybody. Reduced one star for that.
