Its chrome plated steel , looks like the plating would stay long and the round bar used is quite strongfound it while trying to expand the breadth / width2. two screw holes provided for securing to wall3. its for Iron press less than 4 inches in width , certainly not for old heavy types4. Had to pull the supporting frames apart to make space for the iron to sit , still its a rubbing fit , cant widen it more as the iron might fall back without any support5. value for money , does serve the purpose though needs some manipulationwould have been a nice gesture if screws were includedone star less for not providing any sort of description about the product

** Good or bad, Bot tells the truth **+ Feels sturdy.+ Has hooks for hanging the chord during storage.+ Steel seems to be of good quality, but this is based on only a month's usage.- The iron can be stored only upside down, contrary to what is shown in the picture. The iron will fall down if you keep it upright. This is inconvenient.

Very neat n economical iron mounted stand; fit my Philips iron well though a slight tight fit.

Miserably inadequate to hold our Panasonic NI -317T dry iron box.No size variations and range offered in the product,They have only one size,take it or leave it.Product is excellent though,it is sturdy and attractive.

Not what it looks like in the picture. my steam iron doesn't fit. not worth the price.

The depth of the stand is 12cms. Just see that your iron box will fit within that. Works perfectly for my product.
