So I'll break it down into several social and generational perspectives on this product:Old, Curmudgen, Cheapskate: Cheap plastic, too expensive, could have went to Big Lots and bought the floor model for half the price. I don't know if my gulf buddies will like it. Ah screw it I'm spending all of my children's Social Security money anyway I'll just keep it. Should of hired the lawn boy to put it together.Hipster 30+: Super cool, never assembled something like this except for some IKEA shelves me and my girlfriend bought when we moved in together. It was kind of hard to assemble but the experience was so worth it. It was like when mom and dad got divorced and me and mom lived in a trailer park near near parents in Arkansas. Her friend Wendy would come by and they would go into mom's bedroom so that mom could moan all night. Wendy was super cool. We moved to San Francisco so mom could get her PHD in women studies. No wait it was like..............Hipster below 30: We bought this for our Co-Op so we could all enjoy it. Nor sure how it went together, this dude we met at an ecstasy party put it together for us. I wish he would go home though it's been 2 weeks. Super cool though.Millennial: My mom bought this for me and dad assembled it. He complained it was cheap, mom loved it. It was really cool mom washed my clothes while they stayed for the week. I posted it on Instagram.Normal people: It's made of plastic, a little on the expensive side, the direction were pictograph because it's sold all around the world, easy to understand if you relax grab a beer and spend the 5 minutes paging through the pamphlet. Assembly was well thought out and took about a half hour. The cushions are the bright spot of the sofa very comfortable. Nice place to take a nap.Hope this helps out!

Don’t purchase this product if you are looking for a relaxing outdoor couch. This couch is made of plastic. It’s short to the ground. This product cane with so many pieces and poor directions. They left off one of the back pieces of the couch and were supposed to mail over three weeks ago. Save yourself some time as cost fo ship back was almost the cost of couch. Invest in a good outdoor couch that you can enjoy. I’ve contacted the company several times and no response. If I can save you the grief and disappointment then it was worth it.

I bought this furniture two years ago and it has held up very well. I am disappointed with the Sunbrella fabric, they were a few choices and it definitely gets dirty and does not clean up easily. We have mold spots were not able to get out and we do not store the furniture outside in the winter. I take the cushion covers off and keep them in the house.

The cushions insides on the back cushions disintegrated into hundreds of pieces. Tried calling Keter to get them replaced but very difficult to work with. Ended up buying new cushions inserts but because they were custom sizes, I had to cut foam from hobby lobby to fit. The fabric for the cushions was great but the insides were junk.

The sofa is really pretty after you put it together. It comes in a lot of pieces. Took us about four hours to put together.I love the look of it and it seems to be very strong and comfortable.

We have a set of outdoor furniture from Costco that came in several boxes and there was no assembly. But we don't leave them out during the winter here in the Pacific NW so we have to store the different pieces of furniture. Even though they sort of stack well they still take a lot of room. This came in a box about 4x3x2 feet. It's several pieces that you have to put together. While it did take some effort to put together it can be broken down and won't take a lot of room for storage.TIP: Don't destroy the box it will help in assembly.Assembly was pretty easy by myself. If you don't destroy the box you can use it to put the three sections together (see photos). There is one step where the instructions want you to lift three loose pieces and try to connect them to the legs - without support you fight them. So I set everything on the empty box and it went together easily. The only hard part was getting all the big plastic screws in. There's not a lot of room to grasp the screw and turn it and no room to use a screw gun or something to assist you. There are a lot of them! The plastic wrench helps but because it is plastic working on plastic they tend to stick together sometimes you have to fight to get it off. It took some time. From unboxing to cutting down the box and finally sitting on it took me about two hours.I'll list pros and cons comparing it to our existing set.ProsIt can breakdown for a lot less storage compared to storing full size furniture pieces.Because it's all plastic it is very light and easy to lift and moveThe color of ours is a dark brown which is a great neutral color and goes with just about anything.It looks good, it's simple and looks like wicker furniture.ConsThis is not wicker, it is a wicker look. It is pressed plastic in the form of slats. Our other set is true woven wicker slats.The back is straight up which makes it hard to sit comfortably, you will need to add pillows.The cushions are less than half the thickness of our other set and not as firm. But they are Sunbrella which means they should last a while and easier to clean and keep clean.TIP: you may want to get some of that non slip pad to keep the cushions in place. We had to with our other set as well.This is all plastic with no metal support anywhere. It may not need it but we'll see how it holds up over time.It only has 3 seat and back cushions. Our other set came with a pillow for each piece for a total of 5 extra pillows plus the seat and back cushions.Overall, compared to our other set this is pretty expensive for an all plastic sofa with thin cushions. But it can be broken down for storage and it does look good.

I have a set I bought from a design store and I thought it was expensive but it is stunning. the wicker is real, and soft and the cushions are 4-5 inches thick. This couch cost the same and I had to put it together and it feels like stiff plastic and the cushions are about an inch thick. I had a friend sit on it and it feel really low. So I think you can do better. This uses big plastic screws to assemble and is very lightweight as opposed to feeling heavy and luxurious. You can get a feel from the video, One good thing was that these very light colored cushions are made with sunbrella which is very stain and sun resistant.
