Great quality agar agar! It sets perfectly every time and gives a nice firm texture to desserts. Very happy with the product and packaging. Will definitely buy again.

Good product but it is very expensive for a small sachet

Nice product. I am using Meron's Agar Agar for few months and it is awesome for any kind of pudding and other desserts.

Bad smell

Good product. You'll love to make jelly & have fun. Note that this does not have any flavor so make sure to add flavor essence or any other fruit juice for your favorite flavor before you start making... the only reason i gave 4 stars is one of the packet was Slightly open which caused some powder to spill over.

Absolutely love the agar agar powder, makes perfect panna cotta

I would have used several different gelatin products in the past but was never that happy as I always had a weired feeling, but here meron resolved it all. Meron is a vegetarian version , Agar Agar is made from sea weed hence no guilt of using animal fat . This is a healthier substitute and amazing if u wish to make jellies , Panna cotta or set any fusion fish. It is flavourless so it wouldn't dominate the flavour u are adding to the dish. Perfect and easy to use. I made this Strawberry Rasberry Cheesecake using Agar Agar and you can see how Perfect the result is. Absolutely happy with the product and would definitely recommend you to buy one.

This item was expired when I received it! The date on it said best if used by 2/14/2024!! So it’s expired by over 1 and 1/12 years!!! That’s absolutely terrible!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!
