I bought it and, once I tried to put it on, it didn't work. Wrote to the seller, who kindly sent me a new one, without extra cost and without too many answers... I put it on. It worked 3 times. After that, it didn't work anymore. As I am not in the US, I decided to give the two damaged Mamibots to a tecnician in my country, thinking that one of them would served as parts supplies to the other one... No, the parts damaged in both Mamibots was the same one. The tecnician said it is from poor quality. I lose my money... And two couriers to my country... Put them in the trash...

I've had many Roomba's. Always complications and felt too heavy. This little guy is lightweight and does a fine job when you realize it's little quirks. I'm not a rich person but I do "need a hand" every once in a while without having to pay a small fortune or break my back moving a cleaner or mop back and forth! Thankful for robots.

I bought 3 of these for gifts and one didn't work straight out of the box (return and refund was easy via Amazon). They are pretty small and with that being said are not for cleaning large areas. If you have a small apartment or single room for cleaning, with hardwood floors or very low pile carpeting, this might be okay. These are pretty cheap, and you definitely get what you pay for.

I was very happy with this robot. did a good job for a day and now it will only go in continuous circles. Looked at the electric motors and one is good and one is broken. Does not appear to have any way to contact the seller so I can get a replacement. Very disappointed.

Gave to someine as a gift they love it. Works best on non-carpet flooring. Carpet seems to have problems picking up. No update on mopping, but they are impressed and love it.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. First one came and didn't work. Would start than start beeping than turn off. Exchanged it and now the second one only does small extremely slow circles. Getting a refund. Definitely a get what you paid for. CHEAP!!

It worked the first day and then it just bumped in to the same thing over and over again and would go in another direction. So, basically it is worthless because it doesn’t clean anything.

Works great on hardwood floors I have two going each day.
