The cane I received definitely appeared used. Very used.The metal screw pieces were rusted, the rubber on the bottom of the cane was mashed down, and the screw for the handle was stripped, such that the handle head could spin freely in its threading.Maybe would have expected this quality from a thrift shop. But not for an item described as new.
