Just an o.k teether, not too good
The fish part is silicone, besides that the ring and fish with rattle are hard plastic. Baby will not know the difference between hard and soft parts. My baby's gums got injured by the hard plastic parts of the rattle. Moreover the design is such that when baby tries to chew this teether, then the hard plastic ring only comes in the mouth. I had to dismantle this teether, taken the three soft fishes out of the ring. Baby loves their color amd likes to chew on them. Threw away the outer ring and rattle parts as they can hurt baby.

Not so soft but long lasting.
Baby loves it, but it is harder than expected. That's not a problem for baby to play with it.

Poor Design. Frustrating for baby
My baby has never been comfortable wit bigh this teether whilst she continues 'relishing' the other ones. I find the design poor in terms of ergonomics for the baby. The 'fishes' are too big for a normal baby's mouth. Also, think about it - since, the Fish are free as keys in a Key-ring, it's particularly a tough challenge for her to orient it align into her mouth. thus, unable to teeth on, she gets frustrated & irritated.

As mentioned in the description I washed the teether. ...
As mentioned in the description I washed the teether. After washing the rattle part of the toy doesn't make sound. The small particles inside the ball got stuck with one another. So when u wash the toy be careful to wash only the teether part. It was not mentioned in the product description.
