Casio 7688 10347688 Watch

This watch straps appears to be a genuine Casio brand strap. It fits my G-Shock GD100MS-1 perfectly, with the only difference being the bright hardware instead of dark. The overall quality of the strap appears to be the same as the original strap in terms of thickness, stiffness, and matte finish. This strap did not come with new spring bars, so I had to reuse the old ones. I highly recommend purchasing a spring-bar tool if you don't have one, as the are particularly difficult to work with in the very tight, confined fitment of the strap to the watch body.

This is a genuine, Casio branded replacement band that fits and matches my watch perfectly. The original lasted over ten years with very little wear, so I expect this will do the same. It’s a little tricky to replace the bands on a G-Shock, so I recommend taking your time or letting someone else do it for you if you don’t have great dexterity in your hands and fingers. It also does not come with new pins, so make sure you keep your olds ones.

This is the second watch band that I have purchased for my watch of ten years. The first replacement was a cheaper version, not an official Casio product. The first one was a challenge to get attached as it was a bit too big, and the bad was a very shiny black, not flat in color like the original. It lasted 4 years so I got my $$$ worth from it. This new band fit onto the watch bezel with ease and is a flat black just like the original band was. Now it looks like the original watch. Just hope it lasts at least for the same amount of time.

Yes this was an exact replacement band. It took me over and hour to install. I needed to trim both the belt and the bucket sides of the band to get it to fit in to the watch lug. It may be just the way the G-Shock watch is built. I would buy this product again.

Factory Casio G shock band. Fit perfectly on my 15+ year old watch. Does not come with pins so if you have a damaged or broken pin note that they DO NOT come with package.

Perfect replacement strap for my G Shock. Very difficult to change out, due to having to both compress and bend the pin, in very tight confines. Luckily I only had to change the long part, but once I got it, it looks and performs the same as the original.

Perfect fit , looks like new once I washed the face of the watch to make it squeaky clean. Plus it is 4 years old, but now looks new! Only problem is pins bent while taking old one out so had to order new ones and they are not a perfect fit but worked. Keep your screws! Or you will have to buy those too! Install was not easy! Had to buy a watch spring tool to make it easier and so spring bar would not bend or damage again! So the extra expense was no fun. Would be nicer if the straps came with new pins and screws and then all you'd need is the spring bar tool.

Straight out of the package I can feel and see there were differences between the watch band on my Casio and this one I ordered on Amazon and the packaging which claims to be original. Differences I noticed: my Casio has a semigloss black this one is flat black, the buckle on my Casio has a nice shine to it, this one is dull and a bit thinner, and lastly the material does not feel exactly same. My Casio has a thick sturdy feel, this one feels a bit thinner and not as sturdy. At the end of the day I kept it. After 9 years of wear and tear on my original watch band, it ripped and can no longer can be used. If I do find an original watch band I will more than likely replace this one I found on Amazon.
