Quick installation, poor video quality
The software was very quick and easy to install, it probably took no longer than 5 minutes. I was very disappointed in the quality of the video, however. It was so grainy and at first I thought that maybe my settings were off but everything was set at the highest resolution. I tried playing with every different setting because I thought that maybe the resolution was too high and my PC couldn't handle it? I have a brand new custom made PC that exceeds all the requirements for this software so I didn't think that was the problem, but I checked it anyway. That didn't solve the problem. I restarted my PC hoping that would solve the problem and it didn't. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not solve the problem either. Overally, I give this one star because although it is great that the installation is so quick, my goal was to be able to do video calls with a decent image quality and I would not have been able to do this with this camera. I ended up returning it and purchased the Logitech QuickCam Communicate MP and the image quality on that one is great!

Sucks. Don't waste your money.
Poor video quality. That's the most important thing in a webcam (in my opinion) and since this sucks at that, I'm giving it only 1 star. Plus, it doesn't attach very securly to the top of my flat screen monitor. It just kinda sits there. Hate this webcam!!
