A solid supplement that makes a difference but don't expect miracles
I think there are too many people out there who expect miracles, like 15-20 lbs in 12 weeks. Honestly, you can only expects gains like that on vitamin s for goodness sake. In my experience, I did not notice much in the first few weeks. In fact it is one of those supplements that works in the background. Now however I am considerably less sore after heavy workouts so I can push myself further more often. Honestly this really helps with recovery. But don't expect miracles!

Teures Produkt mit spürbarem Effekt
Nehme es jetzt seit 5 Wochen. Was mir am meisten aufgefallen ist, dass das muskelversagen bei den einzelnen Sätzen bei immer wieder gesteigertem Gewicht viel später kam (von Woche zu Woche waren mehr Wiederholungen und zum Teil mehr Sätze - grade bei Beinen - mit mehr Gewicht möglich). Außerdem besseres muskelgefühl. Habe 7 Jahren Erfahrung, seit 2,5 Jahren selber Fitnesstrainer und schon einige supps und booster ausprobiert. Ernährung muss natürlich auch stimmen. Bis jetzt also positiv überrascht, der Preis ist nur leider etwas hoch (für grade mal 4 Wochen), werde mir aber auf jeden Fall eine weitere bestellen. Sonst supplementier ich nur mit whey, Bcaas, Beta-alanin und mikronährstoffen (Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D3). Also klare kaufempfehlung wenn das Geld keine Rolle spielt! Optisch passiert natürlich in dieser kurzer Zeit nicht viel, grade bei trainierten.
