Does it work on chrome?

you must first strip the chrome off the substrate prior to application of any plating solutions. These products are top notch, they work great. GPS always delivers

Is this product meant to replate gold necklaces?

This is a great 24K Bright Gold Solution to be used the the proper bath plating equipment.

This is not ideal for brush plating. Basically you will have less gold per fluid oz. It will work however, the gold will go on much slower than if you were to use the brush gold. If this was an Prime item you will have to cancel it through Amazon. The seller does not have control over prime shipping/switching. i hope this helps
