Minor issues but overall exceeded expectations !
My boxer has degenerative myelopathy and is in the in between stages of paralysis and walking; I call her ms.wobbles. She does not love it but it allows her to freely walk over a mile so far! She can run and it sometimes appears as if nothing is wrong. She has become very popular downtown too. Many have been quite kind. Some cons: Her back paws do drag and she does try to walk with them despite the lameness, so I suggest booties of some kind for back legs. You will need to make adjustments and one of the clips is slightly dull but I feel that was a manufacturer issue. Also, I’ve noticed small changes in my initial setting, so ensure everything is setup appropriately before each walk as I have had to make a couple adjustments, for the bathroom time I do take her out of it- it is time consuming but gets easier over time and good to remind yourself that you are doing this out of love.Pro’s: fairly good design and durable, easy to adjust, padding for comfort, fairly easy to assemble, she can PLAY normalish again, she can run, and she can walk distances without limping or falling down, color surprisingly very nice and seems worth the money so far

Been singing "chowchow driver" to the tune of Simon/Garfunkle "Baby Driver" ever since we got it.
This is a very ingenious little device. Butterpup has issues of always turning to the right and collapsing, and two MRIs and a spinal tap later, it appears it's going to stay. We ordered this and it has been excellent getting him to walk on his own and he has been expanding his walks and taking more interest in life now that he doesn't have to be carried around. It is lightweight--so much so that I can easily lift it with one hand--but sturdy. It came with all the pieces he needed and more. I was concerned about the wheels (foam) but they haven't locked up and easily manage passive-aggressive topology, such as small tree limbs and rocks, since pup was feeling adventurous enough to go cautiously off-roading. He can go to the stream again now and we don't have to fish him out after his legs give out. He's feeling quite empowered now. We read about one owner whose chow was "embarrassed" to be in one, but this chow has no problem with this *at all*. As soon as we saddled him up, he was off to the races, so to speak. I suspect he was just that tired of being hoisted up like furry baggage and wanted some independence back. Moreover, I think it is good physical therapy for him to keep his legs moving. The design is extremely well thought out and engineered--the front harness has a soft neoprene covering with extensions to ensure there is no rubbing; the attachments to the chassis are solid and ingeniously engineered to keep the carriage firm and safe. The underharness can be lifted out--if necessary, with the dog's rump inside, for short-term portage. Soft squashy foam guards over the nylon support straps keep the pup's undercarriage supported without discomfort. He had no problem depositing a gift baggie for us while he was in the harness, and did not have to fear collapsing in it--an upsetting thing for any dog to endure, let alone one as fastidious as a chow. Overall, this was a wonderful idea and has tremendously increased pup's quality of life. "...scoot down the road, what's my number. . . "

3-4-5 STARS - Measurements are important
3-4-5 STARS for the reason that this was obviously repackaged/used; the inside cardboard was torn, plastic wrap torn; the rails and tires were dirty and needed to be wiped. The product seems very sturdy otherwise. Not sure it is worth the dollar value but what medical equipment isn't overpriced? Size selection based on measurements is difficult to decide when the pet is right in the middle; we chose the large and prob should have gone with the medium. We bottomed out the lowest settings and are about an inch too tall it appears. we were afraid to top out the medium and not have any movement upwards, in this case we didn't have any downwards, and it is difficult to measure an ailing pet. No doubt this works well, seems sturdy, however we need to return it. YES, I would purchase another.

Great option for dogs with mobility issues!
This was easy to assemble and very well made-I highly suggest it for dogs with hind leg paralysis, weakness, or injury. My dog refuses to use any assistive devices (he’s very stubborn :)). But this was definitely worth the money, worth a try, and an excellent product that can be adjusted to fit different needs and levels of physical impairment.
